2001 A leading provider of small to medium-sized business communications solutions, the Company unveils several highly anticipated new products. Specifically targeted towards smaller businesses and call centers wanting access to the same application-specific products as larger organizations, yet at a more economical price, the Company adds to its portfolio an entry-level 4-port analog voice mail system and extends its ACD product line with a smaller digital ACD system. The Company also focuses on continued development of Internet Telephony-related products including the launch of a new integrated VoIP card that allows customers to extend the value of their Vodavi phones systems and cash in on the advantages of reduced toll charges. Understanding the importance of migrating to a next generation IP Telephony switch, the Company aggressively pursues this effort for a new IP-based product and anticipates an offering in place by year-end.
2000 Taking digital telephony to a new level, the Company enhances its Digital System Platform with Emergency 911 Alert, ISDN compatibility and a host of new user productivity features. New award-winning products are brought to market including a new interactive Large Screen display phone, a larger digital hybrid system supporting 144 station plus a T1, and a single line Caller ID business telephone. The Company also continues providing leading-edge CTI solutions with new upgraded versions of PC Phone and Discovery ACD.
1999 Continuing on the development of application-specific product solutions, the Company's product development efforts result in a number of successful product introductions. Most notably, digitally integrated voice mail capabilities are added to the digital communications systems, offering powerful capabilities on an efficient, cost-effective platform. Call centers continue to be a focus of the Company's efforts with the introduction of a Windows-based ACD reporting and management tool. A digitally integrated wireless handset is introduced to provide an affordable in-building wireless solution for mobile workers. In addition, the Company introduces its Internet Telephony Gateway, which provides an effective method of networking branch office communication systems together via the Internet to take advantage of the cost-savings resulting from toll-bypass. Speech recognition as well as Web-based IVR application capabilities are added to the Company's IVR product offering.
1998 Vodavi introduces the powerful and sophisticated Triad Digital Telephone Systems, providing hundreds of system, station and productivity features, plus extensive CTI, ISDN, video conferencing and wireless capabilities.
1997 Vodavi introduces Dispatch, a simple and affordable Windows-based voice mail system. Vodavi also introduces and TeleSight 320 desktop video conferencing system. The integration of these technologies enables Vodavi to achieve its vision to be the first key system manufacturer to bring voice, data, and video capabilities to the desktop. Vodavi introduces the infinite DVXPlus family, their next generation of digital key telephone systems. In addition, the DiscoveryCT series of CTI products were launched.
1996 The Company expanded their call processing product line by introducing Callsort Pro for Windows call accounting system and PC/ACD Reporting Package.
1995 Vodavi introduces PC Phone for Windows, an affordable, award-winning Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solution for small businesses.
Vodavi became a publicly owned company and in October acquired Enhanced Systems, Inc., a leading developer of voice and call processing software, IVR and Voice Activated Dialing (VAD) applications and computer telephony solutions.
1994 The Vodavi division was purchased from Executone and Vodavi Technology Systems, Inc. once again became an independent entity.
1993 Introduced infinite Voice product line, providing an array of voice mail and voice processing solutions.
1991 Pioneered Caller ID integration for key telephone systems.
Also launched infinite electronic and infinite DVX digital key telephone systems through a newly established direct-dealer division.
1988 - 1990 Vodavi was one of three companies that merged to form Executone Information Systems, Inc., which became the second largest key telephone systems manufacturer in the United States. Vodavi was operated as an independent division of the company.
1987 - 1988 Signed multi-year OEM contracts with Contel Executone and CTG Canada to develop proprietary key telephone systems, and with GTE for CPE products.
1986 Signed a multi-year OEM contract with Siemens to manufacture Tel Plus key telephone systems and formed a joint venture with Pacific Telesis, for PacTel Consumer Electronics Products.

1983 - 1985
Founded in 1983, Vodavi Technology Corporation began marketing telecommunications products and soon became a leading OEM manufacturer of key systems and single line telephones to companies such as North Supply (key systems and single line telephones) and Telecom Plus (key telephone systems).
